When I was new to some avenues of Transformation information, I kind of knew what a Hue-Being or Hue-Man was, but I looked it up. Hue means God. You can think of each one of us as a hue of the Light colors / frequencies of the Creator. Hue-Beings are enlightened, unlike regular humans.
I often have to think a bit to get what the Gaia posts are saying. They are encouraging over time, so you may want to sign up for the emails. They are always short with a lot of meaning.

Such elements have continually been seeded into corrupted Gaia energy grid structures during the past millennium, and, at a highly elevated rate, during the past seven months, and will continue at accelerated pace for the remainder of this calendar year.
Dissolution of old paradigm grid structures must occur prior to attainment of full awareness, necessary for ascension.
hu-manity overall consciousness advancement has slowed during the past months, however, this is soon to change, and rapid acceleration is expected
