Starkness of apparent divides increases prior to upliftment.

Is this the clear delineation of the two experiences in these early stages of New Earth?  I mean the 4D (D=dimension) experience and 5D experience, or shall we say negative and positive experiences, in this 5D possibility.

I think this is about energetic clearing, which is happening within us and throughout Earth.

Firensic latitudes create the openings for next phase.

This sounds like the next phase could be a phase of more enlightening of the planet, without dark forces.  Activities of Light forces, like removal of strangelet bombs, have made this possible.

Star families are reconnected.

Groups having common star system ‘origins’ are called star families.  Come to think of it, people have been increasingly discovering which star they came here from.  Some are subconsciously being contacted.
