New Moon Equinox Unfolding Your Ascension One ‘I Love You’ At A Time 
There is a story about the Milky Way. The Milky white light poured out of the sky and into the four major rivers beginning at the top of Earth and pouring, pouring down until all the rivers were filled with the light substance. Water has memory. In many places water is completely sentient. The water runs down from the tops of the mountains through the rivers and rushes back to the Sea. It is said love is like this too. Each one of us is like a drop of water. Some people are asleep and floating in one spot. Some people are ignited with a passion and a mission and they speed down the hill jostling and bumping rocks in the river as they race back to the Sea where they merge with Love. The Sea of Stars and the Milky Way are a river of light connecting the nature that is Earth and the Cosmos inside All That Is.We are being raised up into a Higher Dimension on this Equinox today. Earth is fully in the 5th Dimension now. These energies are carrying Earth up an octave through the massive Dimensional Shift back to Alcyone in the Pleiades. This is a Galactic Energy and Earth has not experienced it since 12,000 years ago. It is a massive healing of our hearts. We are forgiving ourselves for giving up on Earth then. There was no other choice then. Now we are free to dwell in the Higher Dimensions again within our Multidimensional Universe. It is in the New Paradigm where we can make bold moves and bring real change to Earth. The greatest thing affected is a water molecule’s ability to carry more light. The water is stripping itself of karma and pollution. As the water regains it sentient state it also effects our bodies. Our bodies are changing because of this, every droplet of water in every cell is coming into the New Paradigm. As is Earth and all on her. This is an important role of Moon Phases. The Full Moon infusion of Light changes our bodies, the creeks, streams, rivers, lakes and oceans and effectively All Life on Earth.
There still is a need for a healing. In this pouring out of Light is an increase of Understanding. This involves the removal of negative symbology about Extraterrestrials. All Seven Seals are broken now and the information is all out there. Still many are still conflicted with the information. The more you speak to your family and friends about Extraterrestrials the better it is for the Whole. It has an impact every time you bring it up. Many are still judging the book by its cover – they refuse to look inside because the old stories they have been told keep them fearful. We are now anchoring our Expanded Human Awareness and moving into our Galactic Being.
There is a new development as we phase Divine Government back to Earth so She may join the other Galactic Citizens in the Galactic Counsels. This has turned into a military operation utilizing the Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO). The United States Military is headed by their President as Commander in Chief of the armed services. This includes operations in Space since the National Security Agency is a division of the Department of Defense of the United States. U.S. Allies have similar situations in their countries.
The Extraterrestrial involvement with governments on Earth began in 1949 when the ACIO was formed. These are the good guys. This is a military organization of Peace Keepers with members who are both Human and Extraterrestrial. They have been joining their forces and resources for 65 years. The Commander in Chief Dwight D. Eisenhower was a transcendental human being who was visited by Valiant Thor of Venus and the first Commander of the Armed Forces of the United States to enter a contract between some of the resources at the Pentagon and the Galactic Federation Peace Forces. Their most significant work is making sure Humans do not destroy Earth with nuclear weapons and also they work together on the issue of a weaponized Space Program, counteracting their activities. Recently there was an unexplained NASA Antares rocket explosion upon take off. This had to do with anti-matter weapons being chartered to the Antares Arcturus Midway Station which is a StarGate to Source Energy. That is just not going to happen.
What is a formal Disclosure? A formal Disclosure is expected to take place in 2015. It is called The Event of Disclosure and with it Open Contact and Abundance for All. It returns Divine Government to Earth with the enactment of NESARA Law. Many years there has been talk of mass arrests. There are over 500,000 indictments ready to be torn open by Patrick Fitzgerald and Lady Master Nada written by their teams at the International Criminal Court in the Hague. Now that we are in a mystical period, a pregnant pause, we have escalated the Arrests to a Military Operation headed by the ACIO which will take out the worst offenders who have taken it upon themselves to criminalize Planet Earth with atrocities hindering Her Ascension. This is a very precise course of action with a sequential series of events leading up to the Event. A part of this process is President Obama working with the Pentagon and the ACIO to tender a resignation from and the dissolution of the contract entered upon by the Pentagon 65 years ago. Parts of this contract were not beneficial to the peoples of Earth and it is necessary to end the contract prior to the Event. This will be the reason stated for carrying on the Truth Embargo for the last 67 years.
Five years before the first airplane took off in Kittyhawk, there was an Extraterrestrial Craft Crash in Aurora Texas in 1897. The eyewitnesses were seeing a metal disc shaped Craft that could not have had Human pilots because no one on Earth was flying at the time. An Extraterrestrial perished in that crash after colliding with a windmill and was given a christian burial in the local cemetery. The local media covered the crash. There have been many crashed Extraterrestrial vehicles since then. Roswell is the best known. The sequestered Extraterrestrial vehicle derived technologies like antigravity’s and free energy which those in the secret space program have been using for years must be released to All on Earth. It is time to Move On.
Many are still fearful and therefore doubtful that all those factions on Earth trying to block Her Freedom are never going to allow this to happen. Nothing could be further from the Truth. Nothing can stop a formal Disclosure by the President of the United States, Barack Obama. There are several entities involved in negotiations with the Pentagon. Some are the military members in Brazil and Oslo as well as other places which worked hand in glove with the Pentagon on crash retrievals the world over. Others are Enlightened Beings working in the United States government. The ACIO is by-passing government officials not interested in a formal Disclosure by going to the Extraterrestrials. The Extraterrestrials will inform Humanity about who is here, how long they have been here and why they are here. The government is no longer a player. There is no worry they will not allow it. They do not have that power. Those involved in the secret space program are offered Amnesty if they give all the information they know. Unfortunately, they will always hold something back. This is the reason a formal Disclosure is required. NASA as part of the cover story drip, drip, drip small bits of information all the time but they will never share the whole enchilada. The Breakaway Society doesn’t care about Earth anymore. The Jesuits within the Church have the information.
When this information comes out that entities in the government are exploring the Cosmos in ways we do not understand the years obfuscation will dissolve. They will divest themselves from the bondage we have on our Planet. The general populace will understand these few have enjoyed privileges we cannot imagine. We cannot remain ignorant to our Galactic existence due to these hurdles. Our Consciousness is uncovering this now. It will have to come out in a way so everyone can understand it. It is the next step in our evolution. If we deny the next step of our evolution we are a forsaken race and that will not happen. In the past the governments of the United States with the Intelligence Agency the National Security Agency which is under the control of the Department of Defense and therefor reports to the Department of Defense added more abuses of power. These have affected every Country on Earth. Edward Snowden released a vast amount of files bringing this to light.
The ACIO is positioned to be the go-between for government and the Pentagon and a speaker for Humanity. All the tales will be told. A formal Disclosure returns Peace to Earth and allows for Open Contact. Earth is then invited to join the Galactic Alliance with Her neighbors as a full voting Member of the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds. It’s like trying to read a legal contract. I have no idea what this is trying to tell me. Can you summarize for those of us who lack the understanding?

You may have heard that back in Eisenhauer’s time, an agreement was made between US government and the negative aliens to let them tyrannize Earth with wars, in exchange for war technology, When people speak of Disclosure, they’re talking about disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence here, and that the US gov has been working with the dark side of them.
If you read slowly and think about it, you see that the ACIO is defined and are the white hats. “The ACIO is by-passing government officials not interested in a formal Disclosure by going to the Extraterrestrials. The Extraterrestrials will inform Humanity about who is here, how long they have been here and why they are here. The government is no longer a player. There is no worry they will not allow it. They do not have that power.” In other words, the white hats are taking over, working with those within government for Disclosure of ET.
The ACIO work includes military operations, as it works against US and other faux government military operations. They blew up the Antares rocket to prevent it from blowing up a portal to the Source. Not gonna happen! (Are the NASA people insane? Evidently)
Tyranny is ending on Earth. It is being done lawfully, according to Divine law and Galactic law. Even the contract between the US and aliens is being superseded by agreement, not simply dishonored.
Look up Nesara law. A lot of it sounds good. I don’t like the way it was supposedly passed and I don’t like the 14% sales tax. Just sayin’. Maybe we’ll find out differently.
